These sessions are best for people working on specific skills, or looking to refine their training on Aerial Silks or Aerial Straps. Not sure if a 1:1 lesson with Shannon is right for you? Contact us with your questions- even if she's not your ideal coach, she has a network of other amazing industry professionals who she can connect you with to make sure you're getting nothing but the best!
