Chapter 7: Upper Back Mobility + Triceps

Thoracic spine mobility is such an integral part of shoulder health and overall quality of movement that I could not stand to neglect it. I sprinkle in at least one exercise in each module. I also include at least one exercise to work the triceps. In this final chapter, I will explain the deal with thoracic mobility and how I want you to work your triceps (but not your biceps) during Shoulder Barre.
